Yoga Retreat Day Terms and Conditions
1. Registration and Payment
• Booking: Reservations for the yoga retreat day are confirmed upon receipt of the full payment.
• Payment Methods: Payment can be made via credit card, bank transfer, or any other method specified at the time of booking.
• Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made up to 14 days prior to the retreat day will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 14 days of the retreat day are non-refundable.
2. Participation
• Health and Fitness: Participants should ensure they are physically fit and free from any medical conditions that could be aggravated by physical activity. It is the participant’s responsibility to consult with a healthcare provider if in doubt.
• Personal Responsibility: By participating, individuals accept responsibility for any injuries or damages they might cause or suffer during the retreat.
• Conduct: Participants are expected to behave respectfully towards instructors, staff, and fellow participants. Disruptive behavior may result in expulsion from the retreat without a refund.
3. Liability
• Waiver of Liability: The organizers are not liable for any injuries, losses, or damages that may occur during the retreat, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.
• Personal Belongings: Participants are responsible for their own belongings. The organizers are not liable for any lost or stolen items.
4. Changes and Cancellations by Organizers
• Alterations: The organizers reserve the right to make any necessary changes to the schedule or instructors. Participants will be notified of any significant changes.
• Cancellations: If the retreat is cancelled by the organizers, participants will receive a full refund.
5. Use of Images and Feedback
• Photography and Recording: By participating in the retreat, participants consent to being photographed or recorded for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be photographed or recorded, please inform the organizers in advance.
• Feedback: Participants may be asked to provide feedback about the retreat. This feedback may be used for promotional purposes, with personal information kept confidential unless explicit consent is given.
6. Confidentiality
• Privacy: Personal information collected during the registration process will be used solely for the purpose of the retreat and will not be shared with third parties without consent, except where required by law.
7. Governing Law
• These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the retreat is held.
By registering for the yoga retreat day, participants agree to these terms and conditions.
